JQ-SJ101Q is a fluorine-alkali type sintered flux, which has excellent welding performance with smooth arc, effortless slag removal ability and optimal bead appearance. It is characterized by its application in bridge industry with submerged-arc-welding wire for bridge steel.
The flux is specially designed for bridge steel welding. Working with proper welding wires (such as H08MnE, H08m2e, H08Mn2R, CJQ-1,H60Q), it can be used in welding various low-alloy bridge steels and pressure vessel steels.
