D286A is a MnMo-type surfacing welding electrode with low-hydrogen potassium coating, which can be used for both AC and DC applications. The deposited metal is made of austenite, which has cold working and post-impact hardening performance, good impact resistance and wear resistance, good toughness and superior crack resistance.
The product is applicable for surfacing welding of worn parts on the impacted surfaces of high manganese steel, various crushers and bulldozers, such as the surfacing welding and repairing of railway high manganese rails and turnouts.

1. Before welding, the welding electrode must be baked at about 350℃ for 1h. 2. Pour water for chilling during welding and then hammer and roll on it after welding.
