This 7-inch installation kit for the Alfa Romeo Giulietta model year 2013- and younger, lets you easily install the Alpine head units iLX-705D and INE-W720D / INE-W710D.
This kit comes with all required installation parts such as wiring harness, CAN bus interface, installation brackets, antenna adapter with phantom feed, power quadlock adapter and trim panel.
The CAN Interface allows to control the vehicle settings from the Alpine unit, similar to the original system. This makes installation much easier and allows usage of the steering wheel control buttons and vehicle information display with your Alpine product.
Also it includes an adapter that connects the original Alfa Romeo USB / AUX port in the dashboard with your Alpine system to maintain these useful connectors.
The KIT-7AR-940, combined with the new iLX-705D and INE-W720D / INE-W710D brings the latest media compatibility, DAB , online navigation capability and Alpine’s audiophile sound quality, lets you use Android Auto and Apple CarPlay on the 7-inch high-resolution touch screen. INE-W720D / INE-W710D, additionally offers cutting edge navigation including turn-by-turn arrow guidance in the multi-function display.

The KIT-7AR-940 is exclusively designed to fit into the Alfa Romeo Giulietta from 2013- and newer which had the originale U-Connect system installed. The Alpine Audio Video Navigation Systems must be bought separatly.

A rear view camera is a great way to make parking maneuvers easier. KIT-7AR-940 allows you to see both the parking sensors and the rear view camera (if connected) in a single screen. Through the KCX-C250MC interface it will be possible to have a front and a rear camera, also in multiview models, HCE-C2100RD and HCE-C2600FD).
